CLEANING PROCEDURES

We've always taken cleaning and disinfection seriously at Xperiment VR. Check out all of the steps we take to clean & disinfect our equipment

  • What can I expect with Xperiment VR?
    Xperiment VR uses the latest computing technology that supports room-scale Virtual Reality experiences. Room-Scale gives the player freedom to walk around, dodge, and duck in a virtual world. You will be able to see, hear, and sense the virtual world you are in thus providing you with a new way not only to experience gaming but also a new way to learn.   • Do you clean the equiptment?
    Absolutely! We sanitize & disinfect all headsets, controllers and the face cushions in between each user. View our updated Hygiene & Safety Protocols.
  • How many people can use the headset?
    Only one person can experience VR at one time, but a live feed of what the player is seeing is displayed on 55" tv's for others to see. Part of the fun of VR is watching others experience, but we recomend booking several stations to enjoy multi-player experiences. Currently we have a total of 16 VR headsets.
  • How old do I have to be to play?
    We have different experiences for children all the way up to senior citizens. However, the headsets might be a little big for kids under 7. Certain shooting games are restricted to ages 16+.
  • I have never done VR before, will I be able to play?"
    Absolutely! We provide a brief tutorial for all new players before you start. Make sure to sign our waiver (SIGN NOW) to save time before you arrive.
  • Are you ADA compliant?
    Yes, we are ADA compliant. We have many experiences that can also be enjoyed in a seated position that require limited mobility.
  • I’ve heard that VR causes motion sickness, is this true?"
    We provide high-end computers and technology that decreases the chance of motion sickness. All of our games are extensively tested to make sure that even the most sensitive of stomachs have nothing to worry about. However, racing, flight simulators and rollercoasters may increase the chances of motion sickness. If you are prone to motion sickness let our staff know and we will make recommendations for you.
  • What types of experiences do you have?
    Xperiment VR offers a large variety of experiences from diving into the depths of the oceans to traveling the globe. We promise there is something for for all ages to enjoy. View our current titles HERE.

    Xperiment VR offers a large variety of games from first person action games to multi-player & co-op games. We promise there is something for everyone. View our current titles HERE.
  • Do you have Multi-Player/CO-OP games?
    Yes, we have Multi-Player and Co/Op games in different categories. View all of our multi-player/CO-OP games in the Multiplayer catagory HERE.
  • Can I change games/experiences?
    Absolutely! Once the headset is on, you are in complete control. You are in an immersive dashboard where you can pick what you would like to do. If you do not like your first choice, another one is at your fingertips.
  • How long do the games/experiences last?
    Each game/experience varies, the games and experiences can be played for as long as you would like within your time slot.
  • If I do not like my game/experience, can i change it?"
    Yes, You can change your game/experience at any time and as often as you would like within your time.
  • Will I walk into a wall or other objects?
    All of our VR systems have built-in grids, called Chaperone, which show up whenever you’re close to the bounds of your play area (the wall). Do not walk or move past this virtual reality grid.
  • Can I wear eyeglasses with the headset?
    Yes, you can. However, if you have larger frames and choose to wear them, it may lead to a slightly more snug fit with the headset.
  • How much space is required for Mobile Events?
    The minimum space for each headset is about 6′ x 6′ up to 12'x12'. The VR setup can be done anywhere with access to electricity, including outside spaces, weather permitting.
  • How long does it take to set up a Mobile Event?
    It takes about 25-45 minutes to set up and test the equipment depending on the amount of headsets.
  • What is included in the Mobile Event package?
    Our packages include the VR equipment, controllers, computer, and games, as well as a technician to help all users.
  • Can I cancel my booking at any time?
    We will issue refunds if you will notify us: - At least 7 days in advance of your booking, we will issue a full refund minus processing fees (3.5%). - At least 2 days in advance of your booking, we will issue a 50% refund minus processing fees (3.5%). - Less than 24 hours in advance of your booking, we will be unable to issue a refund. However, we will gladly issue a full store credit. As of 3/1/23 all any refund will include a processing fees of 3.5%. Please email us at info@xperimentvr.com if you need to make any changes or need to reschedule your booking.
